Pewdailys emerged from a straightforward idea by Mason Cross, a graphic design student who considered, “Perhaps I can create and sell shirts online instead of typical part-time jobs.”

From a few initial designs printed on plain white shirts, Mason began exploring a small-scale production process. Shirts that offered a good fit, stable material, and clear prints soon garnered positive feedback from friends. From those early orders, Pewdailys was established. The aim involved providing finished garments, pre-stocked, and carefully produced from the beginning to allow for prompt fulfillment.

Our Operating Model: Direct from Our Workspace to Your Wardrobe

Pewdailys operates on a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model. This means products are available to you directly through our official website, without third-party intermediaries. This structure facilitates close oversight of each step, contributing to product quality, transparent pricing, and adaptable processing for orders.

Our primary focus involves producing and distributing pre-printed apparel featuring exclusive designs. These items are printed and stored in inventory before being offered for sale.

We carefully select blank garments from established manufacturers, ensuring materials like soft, natural cotton or quality fleece that offers effective warmth retention. Our exclusive designs are printed onto these garments, with periodic updates to reflect trends. This approach helps ensure good fit, durability, and versatility for pairing.

• On-Demand Printing Services: In addition to our ready-to-wear items, we offer on-demand printing as an supplementary customization option. This service supports special orders such as group shirts, gifts, or individual requests.

Production & Quality Control: From Blank Garment to Your Creation

Selecting Quality Blank Garments: Careful Sourcing from the Start

We consider the quality of the blank garment fundamental for the quality of the print. We carefully select and source blank apparel from established suppliers specializing in quality blank garments:

• Foam Cotton Co: provides premium plain cotton shirts, suitable for printing.

• PolarTex Mills a partner offering fleece shirts with brushed fleece or high-density PE fleece, which contributes to a smooth surface and good heat retention.

Upon arrival, all blank garments are transported to our workspace at 5416 Alice Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Here, each piece undergoes a check for material, stitching, and minor defects before moving to printing. We assess the suitability of each blank garment type: soft, breathable cotton shirts for everyday wear; and thick, lightly stretchy fleece for warm sweatshirts that may feature high-definition prints.

Careful initial quality control and systematic classification of materials are part of our process.

Professional Production & Printing: In-House Operations

Whether for ready-to-wear or custom items, printing and finishing are performed by our team:

• Advanced Printing Technology: We use printing technologies (such as DTG for complex images, screen printing for durability, or heat transfer for specific details) to help achieve sharp, colorfast, and well-adhered prints.

• Detailed Finishing: After printing, each garment undergoes careful finishing, including trimming loose threads and verifying print accuracy.

Most of our products are designed, pre-printed, inspected, and stocked before being listed for sale. This approach supports rapid order processing without requiring production after an order is placed.

Quality Inspection: Each garment undergoes a check by our team before packaging. This aims for the product delivered to you to meet standards for quality, appearance, and the finish of both the blank garment and the print.

  • Processing Time: Custom shirts typically take 1–2 business days, depending on complexity. Simpler print orders might process more quickly.

  • Shipping Partners: After quality checks, products are carefully packed and dispatched via established shipping partners in the U.S., such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and desired delivery speed.

  • Order Tracking: Each order includes a tracking number, which is sent to you via email to monitor delivery status. We aim for a standard delivery of 5–6 business days.
